Zoom Progressing Ballet Technique 9 Week Session – Inter/Senior

This is an excellent course to help dancers continue to focus on their technique, core stability, turnout and flexibility in a safe, low impact manner. Through this program, dancers will gain better understanding of the muscles needed for activating technical aspects of dance. This particular course is geared to dancers with a good understanding of turnout and posture for ballet. It is for students of any age in level Intermediate Foundation through Advanced 2/ Pre-Professional ballet.

The fee includes 9 sessions (October 4, 18, November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, December 6, 13)

It is a wonderful program for dancers with injuries who are in rehabilitation and wanting to get back into the studio with strength.

* Zoom participation requires the use of video. All participants agree to have device cameras on during classes.
