Jr 8-Week PBT Course

This is progressive program. Each lesson will build on the previous one. For best results, register for the full program. First, students will continue building strength in core, turnout, control of posture, use of hamstrings, gluteal muscles. This will in turn help to create better technique in their dancing, and third, more freedom of movement.

Muscle activation and memory training is key to better dancing!

Equipment needed:

  • stability ball (yoga ball) appropriate for height of participant
  • small ball (8-10” diameter – toy basketball, soccer ball or toy ball from the dollar store)
  • yoga mat (optional)
  • long theraband in medium or strong strength
  • lacrosse ball
